i planned the last minute surprise party. really last minute plan but i managed to do so! wahahaha. he has really no idea on whats going on before we headed to sunway pyramid. he thought it was just me and him, drinking at some places and then i'll say, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! lol. thats y he didnt check self appearance and gussy up before coming out. natural eh. everything is under my control ~! =.=

Testing Testing?

i jz got my internet connection back to its normal track today. wow! testing my connection at home. since last 9 months , the connection been unstable. i dont know how my whole family bear with it during this 9 months. crazy period. in case if u wonder why do i need to drag for 9 months, the simple reason is that the tm net isnt efficient at all ~! i have called billion times to the call center, went up to the tm point few times and waited patiently for 2 hours, made billion reports about this URGENT matter to them, but, surprisingly, nothing has been done. all the empty promises and feedback i got is really frustrating.

when u complain about the lost of connection and request them to send someone over to check it, they will only make a report for u in the system and promised u that, "we will call u back as soon as possible".

so whats the definition of "as soon as possible"? 9 months?
all i want is just to get the man to come over and check it !
so after 2 weeks, no calls, no replies, NOTHING.
called them up, again. i have been doing this for uncountable times and complained the same problems again and again.
even told them "TOLONG", "PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE" , totally begging them to do their work. of course i am not interested to know whose fault it is when things are not being followed up in the subsequent calls (FED UP TO THE MAX) , in fact, they should take actions since it is proven that their internal system, processes and people are totally OUT OF ORDER.

i was eager to know whats wrong with my connection during that 9 months. and i only get to know the problem 3 days ago from today? (like FINALLY ! gotta celebrate) and i have settled that stupid problem by today. how did i settle? DEFINITELY not from the help of tm net. its from some random third party who helped me with this.

my question is, why cant they send someone to check and let me know the problem early days?why did they delay my case for so long and whats so difficult to send technician over!? i could have retrieved it back already in the last year. and i've been paying every month for empty service, funny ?

omg i have wrote this long. and i have somemore stories to tell about it. SIGH.

i realised things changed lately. i mean changes in people, attitude, environment and life. very random i know. just a little something to share out. have u experienced this kind of feelings?

oh i have another random story to tell now. forgive me, have been idle from blogging for some time. my pink ralph lauren's polo T is GONE. my maid destroyed it. the shirt was mixed with another new dark blue colour T shirt that belongs to my bro. and the colour faded, my polo is gone. and the next thing my maid did was, put my polo into a pail of water mixed with dynamo and detox (did i spell correctly?), for whitening one! can imagine how my polo look like? haha. it looks like an old cloth now. my polo is dead by harrassment.
